January has been a fun and tough month for us. Both Tom and Joe have been fighting colds for the better part of the month which means lots of nights of interrupted sleep for Mom and Dad, but they have finally got over it (knock on wood), so things are getting somewhat back to normal.
Both boys love to say, "Da, Da, Da, Da" and Joe recently learned how to clap his hands. It never gets old. He loves it. We love watching him do it. Both boys have also started crawling, but are not full fledged moves yet. They like to Army crawl which supports my conspiracy theory discussed earlier.
What are Tom TOm and Joe Joe's favorite toys? Anything with buttons. But their favorites, besides the cable box definitely are the TV remote and portable telephones. Generally we don't let them play with them, but sometimes they are left on the floor, and the next thing I know I'm watching Univision (Spanish TV for everyone who doesn't know what that is). Additionally, I don't what the hell they were doing with the phone but my phone bill this month had an extra $2 charge for directory assistance. Thanks a lot boys!
We made a journey down to Rochester to visit the Cronks. The combination of lots of babies and almost 4 hours on the road made for a long day, but it was definitely worth it.
Joe was definitely in the mood for Super Bowl Sunday and commerated the event by saying, "Ma, ma, ma, ma, ma." Needless to say, it made Katie's day. Although I think he must have been awfully stressed. :)
